Online Accountmanager Eastern Europe

Smartwares Group is looking for an Online Account Manager Eastern Europe. Are you described as energetic, passionate and tenacious and do you know how to increase our sales profitability in a rapidly growing and highly dynamic E-commerce market? Then we are looking for you!


As Online Account Manager for Eastern Europe you will be responsible for building and maintaining all E-commerce accounts within the region. You will join our fast growing, young and dynamic E-commerce team in Tilburg and report directly to the Director E-commerce. You will also be working closely with our Eastern Europe sales team and ensure that our digital approach is linked to local market needs.

What are you going to do?

  • Together with our centralized team of E-Commerce specialists you contribute to a smooth setup of new accounts across the region;
  • You make sure that monthly sales and margin targets are achieved with a clear focus on Amazon and strategic marketplaces;
  • You maximize the daily performance of our product assortment by optimizing our tactics on pricing, promotions, advertising (PPC) and review management;
  • You enrich product content by benchmarking and localizing our product descriptions;
  • You actively monitor market trends and benchmark against our main competitors;
  • You maximize our business potential by building relationships both internally and externally

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field;
  • You are fluent in English and native speaker in at least one Slavic language (Polish will be considered as a big plus);
  • You have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in Online Sales or Marketing;
  • You have a passion for E-commerce with a strong focus on the end consumer;
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset by treating the business as if it were your own;
  • You have strong negotiation and communication skills and are able to build strong professional relationships;
  • You are available for 40 hours per week and flexible to travel
