Smartwares Group is looking for an International Sales Support Employee (40 hours) to strengthen our Sales Support Team in Tilburg. Do you have a sense of commerce and are you service oriented? Then we would like to get to know you!
As an International Sales Support Employee you are responsible for processing, monitoring and following up orders and quotations, proactive sales and seeing opportunities in the market. You are the first point of contact for the customer and you maintain intensive contact with our account managers. You are responsible from the order entry to delivery to the customer. You are part of a diverse and energetic team consisting of back office colleagues and account managers. Together you stand for success and growth!
What are you going to do?
- You are involved in processing, monitoring and following up orders and quotations;
- You are able to think commercially with existing customers;
- You are enthusiastic and you speak to customers correctly by phone;
- You provide support to our account managers;
- You are involved in preparing customer information and reports
Who are we looking for?
- You have an MBO (+) or bachelor degree;
- You have a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in a supporting commercial role;
- You have an excellent command of the English language and you are a near native German speaker;
- You are customer-oriented, have good written and verbal communication skills and able to work in a hectic dynamic environment
