First interview

During our introduction we try to get a good impression of you as a person and your abilities. We’ll see if there’s a click and if you fit in with Smartwares. Of course, this is a two-way street, so it’s the other way around for you as well.

Second interview

Good news, the first interview went well! During the second interview, we go deeper into the content of the position and you enter into conversation with other colleagues. We may ask you to prepare a case.

Conditions
